This presentation uses visual and aural content to explain musical qualities of Gregorian chant, as well as those qualities’ relationships to medieval Christian theology.

HISTORY
This presentation was designed to accompany an 11th grade English class’s study of T.S. Eliot’s play Murder in the Cathedral, that the students might better appreciate the play’s more metaphysical ideas.
