Hi, I’m Alex.

An educator at heart, I enjoy creating learning experiences for a variety of audiences, in a variety of media.

Taking such forms as videos, printouts, and multimedia presentations, my work has helped learners from middle school to adulthood engage with subjects as varied as history, literature, music, philosophy, and writing.

A bit about me

I’ve led classrooms in subjects as varied as literature, math, science, music, history, and Latin—lending me insight into the cross-disciplinary skills and frameworks that mark a well-rounded education.

I’ve also worked with students of every grade from sixth through twelfth—providing me with insight into these skills’ development over time.

Together, these experiences have uniquely enriched my ability to teach both content and critical thinking. They’ve equipped me to design adaptive conceptualizations and rich, accessible media. They’ve helped me tailor material to audience: whatever the material, whoever the audience.

For over seven years, I’ve been building a library of original teaching resources: videos, presentations, activities, reference guides, worksheets, frameworks, and more. View my Portfolio to see some of this work, or click below to learn more about me.
